    "More Bad Judges"

Jack Newfield of The Nation has a piece about the Bush administration's latest crop of federal judicial nominees. Needless to say, he does not approve, concluding:

Bush is trying to transform America through lifetime judicial appointments for this biased batch and their clones. The bottom line is that the reckless Bushies are willing to violate computer privacy and vandalize the Bill of Rights to expedite this transformation. George W. Bush was appointed President by the Supreme Court after losing the popular vote by more than 500,000. Now he is trying to use the courts to legislate a mandate the voters never gave him by abusing the power of appointment and ignoring the Constitution's "advise and consent" clause.

    Give EVERYONE a break!,

bro you got a funny way of "agreeing" with people. I bet your agreeing techniques make you lots of friends. "Um yeah, I totally agree but you should be ashamed of offending all the precious mommies and young impressionable children reading, and act civilized." Ok dude, thanks for agreeing.

I agree with you too, when you said "a" and "him." So yeah we're in total agreeance, but I'd just try not to act like such a dork chief. But yeah, total agreeance here! lol

    you're a clever one alright.
I gotsta agree with "Darrin my account" on this one. EVERYONE-a-brake is giving a backhanded compliment. It would be like congratulating someone on being smarter than the gold-medal winning kid on the special olympics team.

Okay guys, I just re-read what everyone wrote, and I take it back. "Darren's myspace account," you are right. "Give EVERYONE a break!" wasn't truly agreeign with you. He was being sneaky about things, and no one should do that on these boards. We need to be upfront to avoid crimes like what happened to the judge. If Judge Weller wasn't sneaky this never would have happened.
    June 18, 2006 | Unregistered CommenterLOL
ok, you have a point. I was trying to sneak in some insults in there under the guise of "agreeing" with him. Whatever. Let's put it under the table, and move on with the discussion. Sorry Darren's myspace account.

Darren's myspace account-How mature of you...Now, you are resorting to impersonating others posting to the forum.Grow up.If you have something to post, post it under your own name. You're only serving to prove my point: You are a nimrod.
    June 18, 2006 | Unregistered CommenterLOL
LOL, thanks for helping, but I'd rather defend myself against this immature person. Besides, I can't tell which one is really you anymore! It looks like you were helping me and then not. Are you or "Darren's myspace account" posting under my name?

    Give EVERYONE a break!

I'm trying to HELP you! Take it easy. NIMROD. That other post wasn't by ME. It was by Darren's ass-space account. He's trying to start drama. Just chill everyone!

I am an ASS CLOWN. LOL is an ASS CLOWN. Give EVERYONE a break! is an ASS CLOWN. We are actually all the same person, and I just fooled you all again! loloops I mean "LOL," my real name.Give EVERYONE an ASS CLOWN break!
    Yeah, Darren's myspace account,

You are so bent on being right, the only way you can justify your actions is to post messages pretending to be other people here.

You had a good point on Darren's blog-site, but were not smart enough to present it in an intelligent manner.

You have a foul mouth, and that is not an attractive quality.

I have nothing to apologize for.

Do everyone here a favor, go away.

    June 18, 2006 | Unregistered CommenterGive EVERYONE a break!
    And one more thing.

You really should be ashamed! If you tell me your name, I will call your mom right now and tell her. I don't think she'd approve of your language.

    Just go away. Troll.

Bob, great post. From my sources here also she was a real handful to deal with. Darren should have prenupped or not been so obvious about his financial hidings or not hidden it at all depending on personal morals(which apparently include family court induced psychosis revenge killing)i am no stranger to feeling insane from family court. Just like MY2CENTS i spent years with counseling, rehab(S) to keep a marriage to an addict together while enduring the hell that comes with it. I left because my 2 yr old girl almost died during one of my exwifes OD times. following that she had dui's forged prescriptions and other issues that still were only bad enough to limit her visitation to 1 night a week despite my requests for supervision. judge jordan gave her 50/50 one year later because i move my kindergartner out of his school system(a major disruption?) it took another inection OD to get the kids back. now sober theoretically for three years since jail she has them for 1/2 the summer against my wishes but i wont fight it because family court scares the hell out of me. if i did one of the hundred things my ex did i'd never see my kids again due to anti-male bias. maybe thats sour grapes but when judges rulings are about appeasing a manipulative addict instead if kids best interest it makes you nuts. you also get money hungry lawyers that are so busy the dont know key details, simpleton mediators, lackadasical custody evaluators on top of the anti-dad judge so by the time your there in court you walk out like you got a tabasco enema.overall i can understand why darren went insane but dont condone what he did and the devastation hes left of his kids and many other lives. it was a very selfish thing to do. the only positive thing to come out of this will be the investigations into the family courts here and the anti-male bias but if darrens actions are portrayed as all about money instead of concern over his daughter the family court problems will most likely be overlooked.

I just read the article in today's RGJ. Well, it sounds like Wells Fargo Bank was pursuing Mack to get the $500,000. loan he has with them exempted from the bankruptcy settlement. It reports that the Wells Fargo attorney has cited 5 different discrepancies for this action. Maybe he was afraid of a fraud charge and/or IRS investigation into his finances, which can definitely send one off the deep end. Not that a divorce and custody battle isn't enough, but how much can one take before they lose it?

An insanity plea is beginning to sound like a realistic defense if he did in fact kill his wife. However, shooting Judge Weller appears to be a more deliberate planned out event. Lucky for him, if he did it, the Judge did not die. If they catch him, maybe he will see the light of day again before his life is over. Or, is it over already?

this is a serious question. what is better for the little girl, growing up with a mom of questionable character and a bitter hateful dad? or a dead mom and a fugitive dad? this is a real ? input from an informative poster would be helpful

    My best guess is that:

FUCK THE JUDGEDarren's myspace accountand theLOL and Give EVERYONE a break! impersonators

    are the same pathetic being.

My vote is everyone just ignore the simpleton's posts.

Sadly, that's what comes down to:A little girl who is paying the ultimate price for her parent's not being able take responsibility for themselves.Say a prayer for her.

Ignore the shit-heads, you are pretty close.

It's actually wannabe lawyer (me) that basically hijacked FUCK THE JUDGE's account from him, and also posted as LOL, Jom Brumbaugh, Steve Q., Give EVERYONE a break! and others.Notice I only do it to the total retards that think they are somehow above everyone else.

But all those people are actually different people (I guess, unless they are all the same, and just I am different?). Oh yeah, I am posting as Darren's myspace account too, so Darren's myspace account and wannabe lawyer are both my accounts. All those other names I was mimicking for fun because they are 'tards.

Sorry for doing this again, but the thread was going along so well until s.simon posted dumbass shit. I can't let idiocy fly like that with being challenged. Then when I challenged her, doofus "give EVERYONE a break!" jumps in like he's saving the day and morally superior to everyone, then LOL jumps in. So that's why I tooled them. Losers. anyways, at this point everyone's really confused who's who, so I reccommend LOL and "Give EVERYONE a break!" change their aliases and start fresh, so I don't recognize them and reveal their buffoonery further.

Regarding Curious' comments:Not sure either is better. When the environment the children are raised in is an adversarial one, we can expect the children to have many issues of their own both in their childhood and later in their adult life. Since children need to identify and relate to both their parents, it becomes very destructive when they are exposed to parents who are trying to destroy each other. In nasty cases, attorneys make their money defending the parties in the divorce... therapists make their money trying to undo the harm caused by the divorce.

If one parent is killed by the other, and decides to be a fugitive, or is caught and sent to prison, at least the child can still, if they choose, develop a relationship with the one still alive. The therapists will still get their money, however, the divorce attorneys will not. But if you believe Darren has money, then the Criminal Attorneys will definitely get their share. If he is bankrupt as he claims to be, then they lose too.

But, I do believe, having a mom of questionable character, and a dad who is bitter, is the more desirable choice. Miracles do happen, and people do change... so I am told. In the Mack case, we will never be able to know if this was possible, since Darren decided to take the path of least resistance.
