"More Bad Judges"

Jack Newfield of The Nation has a piece about the Bush administration's latest crop of federal judicial nominees. Needless to say, he does not approve, concluding:

Bush is trying to transform America through lifetime judicial appointments for this biased batch and their clones. The bottom line is that the reckless Bushies are willing to violate computer privacy and vandalize the Bill of Rights to expedite this transformation. George W. Bush was appointed President by the Supreme Court after losing the popular vote by more than 500,000. Now he is trying to use the courts to legislate a mandate the voters never gave him by abusing the power of appointment and ignoring the Constitution's "advise and consent" clause.

I agree with you for the most part.

Low-life females (I'd call them women, but they are not women) are one of the biggest problems with the court system. Our courts are pressed for time, so if a female comes in and says "I'm afraid" or "I need money," the guy is toast. No need to prove anything; no chance for the guy to say one word, let alone defend himself. And he will then lose at every turn.

The other problem is the biased judges who decide a case long before the hearing. Even when given evidence proving the female lied, if the judge even acknowledges the evidence, they still do nothing to reprimand the female. What the female gained by lying remains hers.

If this is done as someone explained previously because the judges feel to punish the female would in some twisted way somehow punish the children, what a crock!

The judges do much more damage to what is left of the family unit by rewarding nastiness and degrading the honest parent.

Are the judges stupid? They don't think the kids see that?

By the way, I am not a guy. Simply an honest woman who cannot stand the "anti-man" sentiment among too many females and Family Court judges in this world. The men can't all be that bad... we keep dating them, marrying them, and having their children.

Granted, there are some bad ones out there...

To the all the honest men and women out there: make sure you figure it out before you say "I do."

The facts are not aways what they appear.Chuck Weller was never in critical condition. I have inside sourses (physicians at Washoe medical center) that told me the judge suffered a flesh wound. He left the hospital 2 dats later. I have no idae why every new cast repoted "in critical condition" not that it matters; but it does retract attention to the actual real victoms: Exwife, children. I have met darren and it is clear that he snapped. But why, I would investigate the rulings that the judge imposed on this individual as well as a complete review of his record. Maybe he is not the insensitive, wreakless, selfserving, crooked, corrupt, distuctive animal that so many people claim to have been vicomized by. I do know one person that sat before him. She felt like he had made up his mind before hearing any argument what so ever.

Interesting coversation, I have to admit that FTJ has a point on marriage. For the most part, when marriages fail, the men get scewed. Divorce is more prayed upon by the legal vultures than any other aspect of life. How many people, have tried to have an amicalble diassaciation of there marriage... Only to have someone invite an attourny who has a hiiden ajenda of creating conflict. Talk about a parrasite. When a couple gets divorced, I believe that the mother most likely gets custody of the child because a child knows the mother best. The child was carried by the mother for 9 months. The child was breastfed (if possible) by the mother for a certain period of time. If the husband has to work and the mother stays at home, the child is cared for by the mother. I feel that a child cannot survive without the person it knows best. I feel that it is difficult, but still possible, to survive without a father, which the child knows second best. In very few cases does the father stay home with the child. The mother already has a deep connection to a child when it is inside her. That establishes an unbreakable bond that is hard to survive without.
