"More Bad Judges"
Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 12:41PM Jack Newfield of The Nation has a piece about the Bush administration's latest crop of federal judicial nominees. Needless to say, he does not approve, concluding:
Bush is trying to transform America through lifetime judicial appointments for this biased batch and their clones. The bottom line is that the reckless Bushies are willing to violate computer privacy and vandalize the Bill of Rights to expedite this transformation. George W. Bush was appointed President by the Supreme Court after losing the popular vote by more than 500,000. Now he is trying to use the courts to legislate a mandate the voters never gave him by abusing the power of appointment and ignoring the Constitution's "advise and consent" clause.

Dude, here's the case 4 u, dipshit. A guy was unhappy with his divorce proceedings (some here will give u their pop psychology reasons for why). For some fucked up reason, he decided to take it out on his ex and the judge, knifing to death his ex and nearly snuffing out a judge. Some pathetic morons think this is okay because they're sick of the family court. Because judge weller's ruling didn't sit well with him, he snuffed out his wife? Pathetic!

I have primary custody but its still an uphill battle to hold on to this even with a good christian home, no bad track record and kids that fear their biologal mom yet love and respect my wife and I. My ex now has substantial unsupervised visitation after years of rehabs and jail time because shes been sober for 3 yrs theoretically. Why does giving birth give rights?.....our actions define us. There seems to be some happy ending story that these judges write in their heads and apply the formula to cases. When there is one parent with severe issues the formula doesnt work and the best interests of the kids is circumvented by the cookie cutter solution.
With regards to this case, the only way I could understand Darren Macks motivations(but not his actions) is if his daughter was seriously endangered. I certainly know that you feel very violated on the wrong end of a bad decision and I also know that our family judicial system is fragmented, chaotic and subject to the whims of flawed humans in robes.
A friend of mine was living with me because he couldn't afford a place on his own due to excessive child support. One day a police officer came to my home and arrested him for non-payment of child support. The problem with this was#1 they had already taken his income tax check which meant he was up to date.#2 two of his children were living with him at my house! and had been in his custody for 13 years!3# the mother was an unfit drug addict who abused the male children( I was living in the same house and witnessed this but was not allowd to speak in court.#4 every penny they stole from him lowered the standard of living for these children.#5 He has not seen his only girl since the court gave her custody( I found out recently that the grandmother has been raising her but as she was a baby she dosn't know her dad at all)#6 visitation was ordered, Is never enforced, but the collection of Money is!#7 The court assumed he was the bad parent from the start and did not let him speak, much less listen.#8 The female judge hates men.(I spoke to her outside the courtroom she did not know who I was as I have never been in her court)
I don't condone the shooting of anyone, but at the same time I am suprised that this doesn't happen more often givin the state of our courts.
No money should be involved. Money corrupts the system and men work more so get the short end of the stick.
Men are guilty and not geven a chanch at proving they are a good parent.

I formed my opinion while working on the computers in the courthouse and watching what was going on. I almost brought a vid camera in so the world could see what the all female staff would do to get revenge on all that is male. These women need to be put behind bars including the judge. (but not shot by a distressed parent)
I love children and I always wanted to be a father, but until the courts change I will recomend the men in the U.S. never marry or have children, vasectomies for 18 year olds is a better option than a life paying for children you may never see.
