"More Bad Judges"

Jack Newfield of The Nation has a piece about the Bush administration's latest crop of federal judicial nominees. Needless to say, he does not approve, concluding:
Bush is trying to transform America through lifetime judicial appointments for this biased batch and their clones. The bottom line is that the reckless Bushies are willing to violate computer privacy and vandalize the Bill of Rights to expedite this transformation. George W. Bush was appointed President by the Supreme Court after losing the popular vote by more than 500,000. Now he is trying to use the courts to legislate a mandate the voters never gave him by abusing the power of appointment and ignoring the Constitution's "advise and consent" clause.

Hey, George, do you suppose that the gavel is the stuff you put on the bottom of the fish tank?
LOL
When I read over the comments here it is clear to me that the bottom line is: Some things are right, others are wrong, always have been and always will. People are accountable for their choices, sometimes now, sometimes later, but ultimately accountable. Marriage is a contract. Contracts are binding. If you do no not wish to share what you have with another person, do not marry. If you do marry, uphold your end. If you have children take care of them and teach them what they need to know. Spend time with them instead of chasing after "empty pleasures." Be sure that you shape and mold them in the way they should go instead of allowing the "village" to do it. You may not care for what the "village" turns out. Appreciate and take care of those you love most and if you have chosen well they will do the same for you. Lots of money is not always a gift. Self-respect, honor, and the love of a good person are worth far more than any money or material things. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Be a real man if you are a man. Be a real woman if you are a woman. Take care of your life and be responsible for yourself and your family. Share what you can with others. If you have done wrong, step up to the plate, admit it, try to make amends and go forward with good intent, try to do better every day.
I was taught by my parents that if you follow those simple rules to live by that courts will not be involved in your life, you will be much better off, have a good conscience, and you will have fulfilled your role (whatever role you have chosen) and justified your reason for being alive.
Their seems to be a few others with the same mental disorder. If you don't know who you are, you are the ones who are also dillusional in the self-rightous belief that it is somehow justified to shoot a judge or kill you ex.Then because you are so caught up in your distorted version of reality, you are shocked when you can't have your way. You know, since you are never to be questioned, you know it all, everyone else is so inferior compared to you.
If you sick pathetic little puppies would seek help and at least give it your best shot at learning how to become a decent, compassionate human being, then divorce, custody, visits would not be so difficult. So get over yourself! Quit projecting! You are not the victim, you are the victimizer.
Yes, I did spell moral wrong in the first sentence. How clever of you to notice. You must have been educated in a private school in another state; actually, I believe it was because my morale was feeling down after I saw this site. No, I should not tell a lie. There is no spellchecker here, so I had to fly by the seat of my pants, but I apologize and will try not to let it happen again. However, I did get your attention and a response. Also, I would rather be who I really am here than someone I pretend to be, if that is okay. :)
What would be a primary motivation for state officials to ignore complaints against the family court industry and its conglomerates?
See, Title IV-D and IV-E of the Social Security Act. Investigate the glut of programs, grants and financial returns that the states get from the Fed when people enter the system. Investigate the numbers of people employed in this industry.
Will the government allow you redress of your grievances against this industry and all its conglomerates in the face of such employment rates and funding?
Does the government condone criminal acts from the family court bench by failing to prosecute such crimes? Can you produce cases where criminal prosecution has occurred?
When the state condones illegalities from the bench will the bench be more or less likely to expand into further criminal misconduct?
