    Peterson Lawyer Files Change of Venue Motion

    The lawyer for Scott Peterson filed a motion Monday seeking to move his upcoming trial for the second time because of concerns about finding a fair jury. . . .

    [A]s he had signaled earlier this month that he would do, defense attorney Mark Geragos filed a motion to move the case from Redwood City south of San Francisco. He already succeeded in moving the proceedings before from the Petersons' home town of Modesto in California's Central Valley.
