    Old Allegations Against Michael Jackson

I can't attest to its veracity or authenticity, but The Smoking Gun has posted what appears to be the 1993 sworn declaration of the victim in the Michael Jackson child molestation case. Talk about some twisted allegations! Note: the document includes the alleged victim's identity, which I'm not sure I approve of. You can read it for yourself here (or not).

I would have to say that Jordy Chandler is the most articulate 13 year old boy as portrayed by his "sworn statment." Odd that most people are not provided legal proofreaders to check spelling, coherence and add parenthetical remarks when we are asked to provide a "sworn statement."

Accepting $20million to drop charges made Jordy Chandler the highest paid boy prostitute in the history of the world and his father should be prosecuted for selling his son for sexual favors.

The story does not seem to hold water. It was investigated without corroborating evidence. There are rape victims who have had cases dismissed for this. Come on!

I, for one, believe in Michael Jackson's full and complete innocence. First of all, Michael Jackson is a man who, unlike others, has done countless things for children over the years. How dare a person of such LOW stature attack a man who has done nothing in his entire career but show love and consideration to the children of the World.ANd another point...Who gives a rats ass about his surgery?!? Should a person be judged just for that account of not wanting to share his personal opinions about his life? I think not. And that Martin Brawshire dude was out to get Michael from the very start of the interview. It's ridiculous to think what men and women will do for the sake of a story. Even when it comes down to ruining a mans life.It is common knowledge about the allegations presses toward Michael Jackson, and I ask you, wo presents allegations like those so far after the fact that this ABUSE started. YOu'd think that if this lyin ass child was really in some sort of pain or "emotional distress" then he wouldnt have come back so often for more.THe he went on the interview with Michael Jackson declaring that he(Michael) NEVER slept with them and never mollested him in any way. Then we're suprised when he lies in court. Be serious.Oh no, Michael is innocent. Not just because im a fan and not just because his innocence is MORE than logical, but simply because...when you thouroughly observe the situation..you see that Michael Jackson is not capable of hurting or MOLESTING any child.

I think Michael Jackson is innocent. No one has the right to judge him, the way they are doing. If he is truly apedophile, that's between the molested child's parents and the law.But for now, I know that I, along with billions of other people, think that Jacko is innocent.

Jackson is the worst kind of pedophile. He preys on sick and underpriveledged children. He has an amusement park to lure them in. He then picks the boys that have problem families so as to give reasonable doubt when he gets accused. He waited until after the video with Martin V. to molest the boy that is accusing him now. Guess he did not want another big payoff. What better defense than to get the child on tape saying he has never touched him. How anyone in this world can find anything innocent in his behavior is beyond me and most people. He is a liar. A not so good liar. Just ask him how many surgeries he has had on his nose. Ask him if he bleached his skin. He does not know the truth from a lie.

The 1993 "declaration" was definitely a two stage process.Step 1. J. Chandler goes into quite detail with dates and occasions when he shared Jackson's bed and specifically makes the point that sexual contact never occured.

Step 2. He gets up to July 1993 then suddenly a new segmented and style was inserted which backtracks and was obviously composed without his presence or knowledge. Then when the inserted segment finishes there is continuation of the July 1993 timeline.Clearly the conclusion is that Chandler was inititially asked to make a statement on the bed sharing. The sexual content was maliciously added to spice up the affadavit and no doubt then the boy was probably coerced into agreeing with it.

jackson is mentally ill(because of his childhood), however he is not a phedaphile in my opinion. jackson did not have much of a child hood. thats why he has not matured. he didnt get to play with little boys so he's doing it now(not sexually).when you get old 60 maybe 70 you start going backwards you become like a child again, depending on others. Jacson has definetly hit that stage in life. would i want him in the bed with my child hell no butyou have to be mentally ill to announce to the whole world that you share your bed with children No petaphile would admit to such a thing . we all have problems and it hurts me to say that michels problem if he doesent change will be the down fall of him. Keep him in your prayers i know i will.

i love michael jackson. but, i am not quite sure about this trial. it is so hard not to imagine him not doing anything when this same case happened in 1993. i dont know, i am a huge fan but it is very hard on us fans to have and idol who is accused of molesting a child. i am just going to wait until after the trial to see if he is guilty or not, and i will make my decision. but, i will always love his music. i think he is an amazing artist, he is very talented and he deserves that much, but as a person, if he is guilty, is not right!!!

It's looking more and more desperate for the Prosecution. Gavin Arvizo is proven to be a street-wise hooligan, coached by mum to get anything he can from naive celebs (sweet innocent child my backside). Yet, they (the media) still keep harping on about how the evidence is stacked against MJ. Are they watching the same court transcripts as me? Obviously not.

I want to say a few things. One whatever kind of things Michael Jackson has done to his face has nothing to do with if he did or did not molest anyone. That is a common tactic for someone who can't or won't state the facts bring up things that mean nothing. And, has far has Jordan Chandler goes the first thing a victim of child molestation would say to you is I don't want anyone else to go through this. Mr. Chandler however did not show up for the trial. Not only did he not show up he left the country so he would not be forced. When he turned 18 and divorced himself from his parents he could have gone to the DA and said I want to stop him but he did not. So, as far has I amn concerned Jordan Chandler is a punk who ran we he could have helped
